Diego Arzamendi Caso-Partner

Diego graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). He specializes in corporate law, real estate and foreign trade.

He has successfully led real estate transactions of over US$100 million and directly coordinated the acquisition of both, companies and assets, by foreign investors in México.

Corporate wise, he has developed and implemented legal strategies for M&A transactions and spin-offs for companies with sophisticated structures. Furthermore, he constantly advises first level starts-ups for their entrance to Mexico.

His foreign trade experience includes constantly leading projects with the Canadian and American Commercial Trade Delegations. He currently advises leading companies in the logistics, customs, 3PL and IMMEX sectors.

José Leopoldo Lara Puente-Partner

He studied law at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL), has a Master in Public Administration and is a Phd. candidate for the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, he has more than 30 years of experience in Mexico`s public and private sector.

Within his legal activities, he has advised several corporate, labor, civil and customs law firms. He also collaborated with Mexico´s Federal Government as Customs Interventory Director for the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit; Development Manager of Fonatur and Subdelegate for Chiapas State Government.

He has published several articles in specialized magazines and has given several conferences regarding corporate and internal production processes as well as social responsibility for companies operating in Mexico.

José Esteban González Elizondo-Junior Partner

José Esteban holds a degree in Law from the University of Monterrey (UDEM). His professional career as a lawyer began in the Public Notary 21 of the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León where he participated mainly in corporate, civil and commercial matters. He has also excelled as an entrepreneur in the business and technology platform sectors.

Luis Angel Salas Navarro-Sr Associate

Graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), he began his practice at the Public Notary 97 of Mexico City, later specializing in civil and administrative litigation in various financing projects, M&A and the beginning of operations of foreign companies' in Mexico. Currently his experience focuses on the elaboration of contracts, corporate audits and contractual strategies for new technology companies and the real estate sector.

Maria Fernanda Villegas Meza-Sr Associate

Law student at Universidad Panamericana. She began her professional practice at Sámano Abogados law firm, where she worked mainly in the area of Corporate Law.

César García Clemente-Sr Associate

Graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana, he has more than 5 years of experience in real estate and corporate law. He began his professional practice at Notary Public 214 in Mexico City, subsequently he specialized in corporate and real estate law and energy matters in a law firm in Mexico City.

César has advised Mexican and foreign clients in a wide variety of M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and in corporate and real estate due diligence procedures. Furthermore, he has represented clients in the drafting and negotiation of several kinds of agreements, the formation of trusts and acquisition of industrial, commercial and real estate properties.

Antonio Garfias Bulnes-Jr Associate

Law student at Anáhuac University. Antonio began his professional practice at Basham, Ringe y Correa, in Mexico City, where he mainly participated in the corporate area. Later on, he continued his professional practice at Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo, where he mainly participated in the Labor Disputes area. He is currently working in the Corporate Law area.

Manuel Acuña Arroyo-Jr Associate

Law student at the “Universidad Panamericana” Mixcoac Campus. Manuel began his professional practice at Anaya Abogados, S.C., where he mainly participated in the Corporate and Tax Law area, advising domestic and foreign clients on general corporate governance matters, and drafting and negotiating various civil and commercial agreements. Fernanda Ochoa Guevara-Accounting

Graduated with a degree in Finance and Public Accounting from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte. Fernanda began her professional practice advising, in accounting and financial matters, for an educational services company. Later, she joined the Firm as deputy director of the accounting area. Her main responsibilities are the management of the Firm's accounting and general administration and to provide assistance to the legal area of the Firm in accounting matters for national and foreign clients.
