Graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana, he has more than 5 years of experience in real estate and corporate law. He began his professional practice at Notary Public 214 in Mexico City, subsequently he specialized in corporate and real estate law and energy matters in a law firm in Mexico City.
César has advised Mexican and foreign clients in a wide variety of M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and in corporate and real estate due diligence procedures.
