He studied law at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and has more than 7 years of experience regarding corporate and civil law.

He started his legal practices with public notary 201 of Mexico City and later worked as associate in an international legal firm also based in Mexico City. He has participated directly in real estate transactions over 20 million USD and coordinated the acquisition of several companies equity by Mexican and foreign clients.

José Leopoldo Lara Puente-Partner

He studied law at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL), has a Master in Public Administration and is a Phd. candidate for the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, he has more than 30 years of experience in Mexico`s public and private sector.

Within his legal activities, he has advised several corporate, labor, civil and customs law firms. He also collaborated with Mexico´s Federal Government as Customs Interventory Director for the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit; Development Manager of Fonatur and Subdelegate for Chiapas State Government.

He has published several articles in specialized magazines and has given several conferences regarding corporate and internal production processes as well as social responsibility for companies operating in Mexico.

José Esteban González Elizondo-Junior Partner

José Esteban holds a degree in Law from the University of Monterrey (UDEM). His professional career as a lawyer began in the Public Notary 21 of the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León where he participated mainly in corporate, civil and commercial matters. He has also excelled as an entrepreneur in the business and technology platform sectors.

Luis Angel Salas Navarro – Sr Associate

Graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), he began his practice at the Public Notary 97 of Mexico City, later specializing in civil and administrative litigation in various financing projects, M&A and the beginning of operations of foreign companies' in Mexico. Currently his experience focuses on the elaboration of contracts, corporate audits and contractual strategies for new technology companies and the real estate sector.

Maria Fernanda Villegas Meza – Sr Associate

Law student at Universidad Panamericana. She began her professional practice at Sámano Abogados law firm, where she worked mainly in the area of Corporate Law.

César García Clemente– Sr Associate

Graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana, he has more than 5 years of experience in real estate and corporate law. He began his professional practice at Notary Public 214 in Mexico City, subsequently he specialized in corporate and real estate law and energy matters in a law firm in Mexico City.

César has advised Mexican and foreign clients in a wide variety of M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and in corporate and real estate due diligence procedures. Furthermore, he has represented clients in the drafting and negotiation of several kinds of agreements, the formation of trusts and acquisition of industrial, commercial and real estate properties.

Antonio Garfias Bulnes – Jr Associate

Law student at Anáhuac University. Antonio began his professional practice at Basham, Ringe y Correa, in Mexico City, where he mainly participated in the corporate area. Later on, he continued his professional practice at Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo, where he mainly participated in the Labor Disputes area. He is currently working in the Corporate Law area.

Maria José Oropeza del Aguila – Associate

Law student at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). She began her professional practice at ITAM's Center for Access to Justice, where she litigated civil matters; she later transferred to the Migratory Department of the same Center to work as Deputy Immigration Coordinator.

Jesús Alejandro Hernández Ojeda-Jr Associate

Law Student at the “Universidad Panamericana” Mixcoac campus. Alejandro began his professional practice at Tracer MX, where he mainly participated in the corporate area. Later on, he continued his professional practice at González Robles Consultores, where he mainly participated in the civil and commercial litigation area, as well as a consultant on fiscal, corporate and intellectual property law. He is currently working in the Corporate Law and Real Estate area.

Mariano Bravo Ayllón – Jr Associate

Law student at Anáhuac University. Mariano began his professional practice at Figueroa Abogados, in Mexico City, where he mainly participated in the civil and commercial litigation area. He is currently working in the Corporate and Financial Technology area.

Iyali Miroslava González Sandoval – Head of Accounting

Iyali studied finance and public accounting at the Universidad Anáhuac México Norte. She has vast experience on public accounting and start-up schemes. During her professional career she has designed control models in the retail sector and supervised sampling processes for a regional opinion poll company. She also has experience in internal auditing. The integration and leadership of work teams with task objectives stands out as one of her leadership qualities. Fernanda Ochoa Guevara-Accounting

Graduated with a degree in Finance and Public Accounting from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte. Fernanda began her professional practice advising, in accounting and financial matters, for an educational services company. Later, she joined the Firm as deputy director of the accounting area. Her main responsibilities are the management of the Firm's accounting and general administration and to provide assistance to the legal area of the Firm in accounting matters for national and foreign clients.
