He studied law at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and has more than 7 years of experience regarding corporate and civil law.
He started his legal practices with public notary 201 of Mexico City and later worked as associate in an international legal firm also based in Mexico City. He has participated directly in real estate transactions over 20 million USD and coordinated the acquisition of several companies equity by Mexican and foreign clients.
He studied law at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL), has a Master in Public Administration and is a Phd. candidate for the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, he has more than 30 years of experience in Mexico`s public and private sector.
Within his legal activities, he has advised several corporate, labor, civil and customs law firms. He also collaborated with Mexico´s Federal Government as Customs Interventory Director for the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit; Development Manager of Fonatur and Subdelegate for Chiapas State Government.
He has published several articles in specialized magazines and has given several conferences regarding corporate and internal production processes as well as social responsibility for companies operating in Mexico.
José Esteban holds a degree in Law from the University of Monterrey (UDEM). His professional career as a lawyer began in the Public Notary 21 of the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León where he participated mainly in corporate, civil and commercial matters. He has also excelled as an entrepreneur in the business and technology platform sectors.
