He studied law at ITAM and specializes in corporate law, real estate, and foreign trade. He has led real estate transactions worth over 100 million dollars and coordinated acquisitions for foreign investors in Mexico. He has also designed strategies for mergers and spin-offs of complex companies and advises high-level startups entering Mexico. In foreign trade, he collaborates with trade delegations from Canada, the U.S., Europe, and Asia, as well as companies in logistics, customs, 3PL, and IMMEX.

He studied law at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL), has a Master in Public Administration and is a Phd. candidate for the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, he has more than 30 years of experience in Mexico`s public and private sector.

Within his legal activities, he has advised several corporate, labor, civil and customs law firms. He also collaborated with Mexico´s Federal Government as Customs Interventory Director for the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit; Development Manager of Fonatur and Subdelegate for Chiapas State Government.

He has published several articles in specialized magazines and has given several conferences regarding corporate and internal production processes as well as social responsibility for companies operating in Mexico.
